1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VastraVedh website and any purchases you make. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website.

2. Using our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or affect anyone else's use of it.

3. Products and pricing

We take care to describe and price our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual fabric. We may correct errors in descriptions or prices and update information at any time.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Once confirmed, we'll process your order and keep you updated by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Orders are Cash on Delivery unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Delivery

We offer VastraVedh Express (within Hyderabad in about an hour, and across India in 3–4 days) and Standard Delivery (across India in 5–7 days). Delivery times are estimates and can vary with location, courier and circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with tags and packaging intact. Please see our Returns & Exchange page for full details.

7. Coupons and VastraCash

Coupons and VastraCash credits are subject to their own conditions, including minimum order values and expiry. We may change or withdraw offers at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and images — belongs to VastraVedh or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VastraVedh is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
